How to use QPONG?
Using QPONG is super simple! You can get all the necessary steps done in under 5 minutes!
1. Download the QPONG app
Download the QPONG app to your device and create an account. Set up your business and restaurant name!
2. Create your loyalty card
Set up your restaurant loyalty card, choose how many stamps the customer needs to collect to redeem a reward! You can also choose a suitable icon to be displayed on the card.
3. Invite your employees to your team
You can invite servers to your team by simply adding their email addresses; they will receive an invitation and after creating an account, they are part of your team and can stamp customers' cards!
4. Start stamping!
When a customer presents their QPONG loyalty card, scan it with the device's normal camera or the scanner inside the QPONG app, then you can add a stamp for them! Once the customer has collected the number of stamps you've set, it's possible to redeem the collected stamps from the customer!
